If you are interested in reserving a Market, you should be prepared to show a complete business plan that includes ownership structure, proof of financial proficiency to own and operate a professional basketball team, and a proposed geographic region and/or venue. Applicants could be subjected to a background check. Requests for consideration as an owner can be made ONLY through the President of the League.
