Andre L. Vaughn

After completing his bachelor’s degree, he began teaching second grade in the Baltimore City Public School System. The school in which he was teaching was subject to close and Andre was at a crossroads until he heard a sermon titled, “If You Want to Walk on Water You Have to Get Out of The Boat”. Andre knew this was his opportunity to step out on faith. He decided to open a credit repair business and worked out of his mothers’ basement. The real estate bug then bit him, and he began working in real estate and learned that he could open his own real estate company.

During his career in real estate, Andre owned thoroughbred horses and won a stakes race despite being asked to take his horse out the race.

He then began his journey in network marketing in 2005. With no experience in the industry, he became the first Presidential Marketing Director in the company. Andre continued to soar in marketing and build other leaders within his journey. Andre is well known for his amazing and personal conference calls geared to helping other people to tap into the greatness within them to attain the dreams and goals they have.

Mr. Vaughn has also ventured into professional sports. Andre is the owner of the DMV Warriors, a semi professional basketball team in the ABA Conference. During the 2015-2016 season and 2016-2017 season, the DMV warriors reached the final four. In 2016, the DMV Warriors received the award for expansion team of the year. In 2019, his passion for sports guided him to start his own professional basketball league. The Triple Threat Basketball League has over 10 teams in the league and will expand next year.

Andre has turned what some would call setbacks into opportunities to learn, grow, and help others. Many of which are in two books he has written “Church Hurt” and “Singled Out”.  Andre’s most recent venture is in the video game industry. He has developed two games that are currently on Google Play and IOS. He also has more games in development to be released soon.

Andre and his wife Monique have twin 12-year-old daughters Logan and Londyn. Family is important to Andre and the reason why he works hard to help others. His belief in God and family drives him every day to dream big. He believes that when you help others accomplish their dreams and goals nothing, but blessings will happen for you.

After over a decade in the industry, Andre’s passion to help people build their future has never wavered. As a result, he recently became the first Black Diamond Ambassador with Bulavita a health and wellness company. He has to date goal helped over 100k people find their way to entrepreneurship.
