Born and raised in the Bronx, New York, playing basketball as a youth with the Gauchos, in all the prestigious summer tournaments in NYC. Went on to play in High School at the basketball powerhouse St. Raymond’s and then became a 2x College All America. Left college in my junior year to pursue a decade-long professional basketball career in the NBA and Overseas.
After retiring, I created Chaz Hoop NYC, which was one of the most talented and winningest teams in New York. Relocated to the Washington DC/Maryland area and renamed the team to the Beltway Bombers. Joined the APBL pro league and won 3 championships in 6 seasons. Then joined the TTBL in 2020 reaching the championship game in its inaugural season.
Chaz Hoop NYC / Beltway Bombers have won 64 collective championships in assorted pro leagues and tournaments throughout the country. Assisted in helping and coaching 91 players who have played in the NBA, D / G-League or Overseas.
Along with being the owner and head coach of the Beltway Bombers, I am currently the Senior Vice President at Alexton Incorporated, which is one of the most sought after and respected 8(a), WOSB, VOSB and Small Businesses Government Contractors in the country.
