Victor Carmona

Victor “Vic” Carmona is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Founder of the Quiet As Kept basketball organization. Vic is an Army Veteran who has served at the highest enlisted executive level and who has played professional basketball internationally and within the Army on the All-Army Basketball Team. Upon his retirement from the Army, Vic filled an executive cyber security position with one of the biggest government contracting firms in the world. He understands the struggles of attaining a professional basketball career coming from an underdeveloped environment. Vic’s understanding of the grind it takes for a player to become a professional combined with the understanding of the lack of opportunities provided to players from underdeveloped communities and global travels, led him, with the help of his partners, to develop a professional basketball organization that would provide players a second chance to achieve their goals of becoming professional basketball players.
